CHARTER EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Charter Manufacturing Company is a family-owned steel and iron manufacturing business based in Milwaukee, WI. Made up of four individual companies, this 65 page employee handbook was designed to function for each of them, while illustrating Charter's highly-valued and unifying vision statement, "One Family. One Team."

Charter does not have documented brand standards, so the color scheme and typography were determined by what we had established on previous Charter projects. Pages vary from primarily white, to flood orange or grey. Photography is used throughout in differing ways to represent the people and environment that Charter values, as well as a consistent design element.
